Instructions for Chairs and Presenters

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI) Related to Presentations

All presenters are required to disclose any conflict of interest status
at the time of presentation, either on the first slide of their presentation or
at the beginning of their poster.

Please download and use the designated COI disclosure PowerPoint sample.

For Chairs

  • Please come to the room of the session over which you preside at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session. Please inform your arrival to a room staff.
  • Please take the chairperson's standby seat before the beginning of your session.

For Presenters

Please follow the schedule and instructions sent by the conference secretariat, and during the session, please follow the session chairs' directions.

Projection and Technical Setting

Please be sure to visit the “PC Preview Center” at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your session to register and preview your presentation data (USB flash drive or laptop).

Bringing your data directly to the PC desk inside the session room without completing the registration at the PC Preview Center is strictly prohibited.

  • If you are using presentation data created on a Mac, please be sure to bring your own laptop.
  • The PCs provided by the congress will operate on Windows 11.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 is installed on these PCs.
  • The recommended slide format is widescreen (16:9).
  • To minimize the risk of missing or misaligned characters, please use standard fonts included in the operating system.

    Examples: Century, Century Gothic, Times New Roman, MS Mincho, MS Gothic, Meiryo, Yu Gothic, etc.

  • All presentation data submitted to the congress will be responsibly deleted after the conclusion of the meeting.
  • If your presentation includes video files, please use MP4 format and ensure that the files are embedded in your PowerPoint presentation.
