The Enforcement regulations of the articles of the Japanese Society of Intensive Care Medicine

Article 1. Members of the society shall pay annual membership fees as follows:

• 1) Regular members
• 2) Nursing division members
• 3) Associate members
• 4) Supporting members
  10,000 yen
  10,000 yen
  7,000 yen
  30,000 yen
• 5) Honorary and distinguished service members will be exempted from paying membership fees.

Article 2. Bylaws concerning local branches

• 1) The society has local branches:
  (1) Hokkaido local branch
  (2) Tohoku local branch
  (3) Kanto-Koshinetsu local branch
  (4) Tokai-Hokuriku local branch
  (5) Kinki local branch
  (6) Chugoku-Shikoku local branch
  (7) Kyushu local branch
• 2) The local branches will be operated under regulations stipulated by each local branch.
• 3) Each local branch shall submit to the board of directors:
  (1) Regulations;
  (2) The location of the office;
  (3) The names of the president and other officers; and
  (4) Project plans of the branch.
• 4) Presidents of local branches shall be responsible for liaising between the society and the local branches.
• 5) Any questions regarding the local branches will be resolved through board meeting resolutions.

Article 3. These bylaws may be amended by board meeting approval.

Additional Clause: These bylaws will become effective from the date of the establishment of the Japanese Society of Intensive Care Medicine.
